Marley & Me: Love and Life with the World's Worst Dog by John Grogan

I really liked this book. You laugh, you cry, sometimes you even get a little irritated. If you are or ever have been a dog owner, this is a must read. It made me anxious to see the movie.

  1. One of my favorites. Our house must have been very dusty when I was reading it because there were multiple times where my eyes were watering.
I also enjoyed Grogan's other book, The Longest Trip Home. That one centered on his relationship with his ultra-religious parents once he left home and strayed from the church. Of course, I related to that story more than most probably will.

  2. It was really dusty in our house too :0). Great book. I liked that the dog was kind of a nightmare- like a dog that might live at our house.... I didn't realize he had another book. I'm going to look that up; it sounds really interesting. You're right in that I won't relate to it like you did but I'm intrigued by the idea. Thank you for mentioning it!
